One fully seam-welded chassis. I've also added in some little gussets on one of the crossmembers, just because :) might add some more to the rest of the crossmembers too, but I was concerned about fouling components.
My alloy water pump housing arrived as well. 1.1kg vs ~2.5kg for the cast iron one :)

Every 1.4 kg helps. You can use this for Waxoyling it...

Chassis shouldn't need it :) I'll be galvanising it soon, although that adds ~10kg so I've heard so yeah, every little helps...

Yes! Glad to see you're still making progress.

Yep, albeit slowly at the moment. The Jaaag and the Citroen are demanding my attention at the moment. Both are very nearly done then I can crack on properly with this :)
Saying that, next thing I need to do is fix up and sell my old Vauxhall Corsa (first car for me and a number of my family) and a Honda Stream (my Grandad's old car) so I can afford to have the chassis chemical-stripped and galvanised :)

Is the Jaaaaaaaag's manual swap completely done?!

Unfortunately not :S the car I was doing that on got crushed by a tree so I bought one that was already a manual :)

I've been swapping a powerlock diff into it and renewing the suspension bushes :)
